Let’s face it, installing the rear wheel on the R3 is a HUGE PAIN IN THE @$$! I think it’s actually the most annoying rear wheel I’ve ever had to reinstall.

The Fast Frank Racing Captive Rear Brake Caliper will save you tons of headaches and probably keep you from throwing half your tools across the pit trying to install the rear wheel.  By attaching the caliper to the chain adjuster through the swingarm, the rear caliper stays in place while you remove and install the rear wheel.  Add a set of captive spacers and you’ll be even happier.

Definitely worth the money, I installed one on my own bike as soon as it was available.  I highly recommend you also install captive wheel spacers along with this.

*Includes a modified OEM Rear Caliper Bracket, modified right side chain adjuster, and springs to keep the chains adjusters pushed forward.  Must be installed on your exiting OEM rear caliper.
