I’m sure many of us have been wondering how the R3 will fare against the KTM RC390. Here’s a nice review of the Ninja 300 vs the RC390. They like the RC390 chassis, but on the track, they like the Ninja motor being a higher revving twin, which I think is a positive thing for us R3 fans, since the R3 motor should be even stronger than the Ninja motor.

That looks like the cup version of the rc 390, which has ~5 less hp than the street version, correct?
Yeah you’re right, I think somewhere in there he says 38hp or something, which would be the cup version. The Ninja also has a few less hp than the R3, and the thing they liked was the higher/longer revving twin, so I think it’s still good news 🙂
